Direct Bank Transfers are made from a local bank to your account and you may be charged a very small fee by your bank. For more information on your bank’s policy concerning fees for receiving Direct Bank Transfers, please contact your bank directly.

Please make sure you provide the information below:

  • Bank Account Holder Name - This should be your name. It is filled in for you and cannot be changed.
  • Bank Name - The full name of your bank. Please provide the full name of your bank and not just your bank's initials.
  • IBAN Number - International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is a series of alphanumeric characters that uniquely identifies a customer’s account held at a bank anywhere in the world but currently adopted by European countries only. This field is mandatory for European countries and optional for all others. If you are unsure of your IBAN, please contact your Bank directly before proceeding with your withdrawal.
  • Swift Code - The Bank Identifier Code (BIC) is the unique identification code of a bank. It is necessary for sending money across foreign countries. A BIC code consists of eight or eleven continuous characters comprising: Bank Code 4 alphabetic characters identifying an individual bank, Country Code 2 letter ISO country code, Location Code 2 alphanumerical characters (except zero) identifying the location of the institution within the specific country, Branch Code 3 alphanumeric characters, (optional) identifying the specific office or branch
