Skrill: Withdrawal instructions

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


To request a Skrill withdrawal from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap the 'Cashier' button at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top left corner then tap on 'Cashier'.
  3. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  4. Select one of the suggested withdrawal amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  5. Review our Withdrawal Policy and tap the green arrow to proceed.
  6. Select 'Skrill' from the available payment methods.
  7. If you have successfully deposited using your Skrill account previously, your details will be pre-populated.
  8. If you have not previously deposited using Skrill, enter your Skrill account email address.
  9. Review your withdrawal limits and exchange rate (if applicable).
  10. Tap the green arrow to proceed.

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

If you do not have a Skrill account yet, there will be an option in the Cashier to ‘Open a Skrill account’, otherwise, you will have 14 days to create one with the same email address you entered when you made your withdrawal request.

If you do not create a Skrill account within the specified time frame, the funds will be credited back to your Stars Account.


Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of your screen and then ‘Logout’.
  • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then ‘Logout’.

If you do get blocked by the system, please wait 10 minutes before you log back in.
