Withdrawals: Method no longer available in the Cashier

If a method you have used in the past is no longer available in the Cashier, it is likely because you have not used this method to deposit in the past 12 months.

In order to have a payment method added back to your list of available withdrawal options, all you need to do is make a new deposit and wait 48 hours.

Keep in mind that any funds that originate from deposits, bonuses or player-to-player transfers must be used to play and cannot be withdrawn.  The only portion of your balance that can be withdrawn is your 'Available to withdraw' balance.
