Withdrawals: Policy details

Depending on your registered country, your withdrawal requests may be subject to our Withdrawal Policy as explained below.

When you request a withdrawal, our system will check how much you have deposited in the past 12 months with the methods listed below (depending on which are available in your registered country) in the following order:

  1. CFT eligible* VISA
  2. NETELLER and Skrill
  3. Instant eChecks, INSTADEBIT, Yandex.Money, PayPal

* CFT eligible: cards that allow incoming credits.

Once our system has figured out the total amount deposited with each method, it will automatically send all or part of the amount you are trying to withdraw back to those methods (in the same currency of your last deposit with that method and in the same order they were made) until it has matched the total amount deposited.

For example:

  1. On 1 Sep 2016 you make a VISA deposit for 50 USD.
  2. On 20 Jul 2017 you make a second deposit with the same VISA card for 70 USD.
  3. On 28 Aug 2017 you make a withdrawal request for 120 USD.
  4. Our system checks your deposit history in the last 12 months and finds 2 VISA deposits for a total of 120 USD.
  5. Our system lets you know an automatic withdrawal for 120 USD is about to be sent to VISA card XXXX.
  6. If this card is still valid and you agree, the transaction is sent for processing.

If your withdrawal amount is higher than the total amount previously deposited with the methods listed above, you will be asked to select a payment method whose limits allow you to receive the remainder.

For example:

  1. On 1 Sep 2016 you make a VISA deposit for 50 USD.
  2. On 20 Jul 2017 you make a second deposit with the same VISA card for 50 USD.
  3. On 28 Aug 2017 you make a withdrawal request for 120 USD.
  4. Our system checks your deposit history in the last 12 months and finds 2 VISA deposits for a total of 100 USD.*
  5. Our system lets you know that:
    1. An automatic withdrawal for 100 USD will be sent to VISA card XXXX.
    2. You must select a payment method to receive the 20 USD remainder.
      • VISA will only be offered if the remainder amount is between USD 100 - USD 6,500.
  6. If you agree to proceed, a transaction for 100 USD will be sent to your VISA card and another one for 20 USD to the method of your choosing.

If you have made previous deposits with more than one of the methods listed above, your withdrawal may be further broken up into more transactions.

For example:

  1. On 1 Sep 2016 you make a Skrill deposit for 50 USD.
  2. On 20 Jan 2017 you make a VISA deposit for 50 USD.
  3. On 21 Jul 2017 you make a second deposit with the same VISA card for 50 USD.
  4. On 28 Aug 2017 you make a withdrawal request for 300 USD.
  5. Our system checks your deposit history in the last 12 months and finds:
    • 2 VISA deposits for a total of 100 USD
    • 1 Skrill deposit for 50 USD
  6. Our system lets you know that:
    • A first automatic withdrawal for 100 USD will be sent to VISA card XXXX.
    • A second automatic withdrawal for 50 USD will be sent to Skrill.
    • You must select a payment method to receive the 150 USD remainder.
  7. If you agree to proceed, your withdrawal will be processed as 3 separate transactions.
