NETELLER: Withdrawal instructions (mobile app)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

 

To request a NETELLER withdrawal from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap the 'Cashier' icon at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then tap on 'Cashier'.
  3. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  4. Select one of the suggested withdrawal amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  5. Review our Withdrawal Policy and tap the green arrow to proceed.
  6. Select 'NETELLER' from the available payment methods.
  7. If you have not previously deposited using NETELLER, you will need to enter your 12-digit NETELLER account number.
  8. If you have successfully deposited using your NETELLER account previously, your NETELLER details will be pre-populated.
  9. Review your withdrawal limits and exchange rate (if applicable).
  10. Finally, confirm your withdrawal request.

Once your withdrawal has been sent for processing, you will receive an email notification confirming your request and when you can expect to receive your funds.

IMPORTANT!

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of your screen and then ‘Logout’.
  • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then ‘Logout’.

If you do get blocked by the system, please wait 10 minutes before you log back in.
