Instant eChecks: Withdrawal instructions (desktop)

Instant eCheck withdrawals will be available in the Cashier as long as you have made at least one successful Instant eChecks deposit in the last 12 months.

Funds coming from an Instant eChecks deposit will remain 'uncleared' in our system for 7 days and cannot be withdrawn or transferred during this time.

In order to request a withdrawal via eChecks, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier and click on Withdraw.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Next.
  3. Select Instant eChecks from the available options and click on Request.
  4. Enter the requested banking details and click on Request.

Your request will be reviewed and sent for processing within 72 hours and credited to your bank account within 10 business days.

Be aware that as per our Withdraw Policy, all withdrawals will be automatically credited back to any CFT eligible VISA cards you have used to deposit, before being credited to your Instant eChecks account.
