Direct Bank Transfer: Cashier instructions (mobile)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

 

To request a withdrawal via Direct Bank Transfer from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap the 'Cashier' icon at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then tap on 'Cashier'.
  3. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  4. Select one of the suggested withdrawal amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  5. Review our Withdrawal Policy and tap the green arrow to proceed.
  6. Select 'Direct Bank Transfer' from the available payment methods.
  7. Review your withdrawal limits and exchange rate (if applicable).
  8. Tap the green arrow to proceed.
  9. Enter the requested banking details.
  10. Confirm all details are correct to avoid any delays and/or return fees and submit your request.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your withdrawal to arrive at your bank account.

IMPORTANT!

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of your screen and then ‘Logout’.
  • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then ‘Logout’.

If you do get blocked by the system, please wait 10 minutes before you log back in.
