Email validation - Instructions

If you did not receive the email advising you of your validation code, check that your email service provider does not consider emails from us as junk mail or spam.

Once you have your validation code, in order to validate your email address, follow these steps:

Desktop users:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Go to Account Details.
  3. Choose Email.
  4. Click on Validate Email Address.
  5. Enter the validation code you have received via email.
  6. Click on the Validate button.

Mobile users:

  1. Tap on Menu (Android) or More (iOS).
  2. Select Settings & Tools.
  3. Choose Account > Validate Email Address.
  4. At this point, you will see the Validate Email Address window.
  5. Enter your validation code and click on Validate.

A message should appear confirming that your email address has been validated. This will activate your account and you will be able to play with us.
