Validate my credit/debit card

In order to validate your credit/debit card, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • A clear copy of a valid government-issued ID card or passport (front and back)
  •  A clear copy of your most recent utility bill (phone, gas, water etc.) showing your name, address and statement date (the utility bill must not be older than 3 months). Alternately, if you do not have access to a utility bill, a bank statement displaying your name and street address will suffice.
  • A clear copy of the most recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) for your card  showing the your namer, credit/debit card number (with only the first 6 and the last 4 numbers visible), address and statement date
  • A clear copy of the front of your card

Please note: As a part of our continued efforts to protect the security of our customer data and continued compliance commitment towards the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) we kindly ask you to ensure that only the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number(s) are visible. All other digits must be protected (masked or covered) rendered not readable. We kindly request that you do not send a copy of the back of your credit/debit card(s).

 Please send us the required documents via the client by following these steps:

  1. Go to 'Help' > 'Contact Support'
  2. Select 'Category' > 'Account Security and Verification'
  3. Select 'Sub-Category' > 'Upload Documents'
