Q: Does the merger mean I need to do anything as a customer to continue playing with you? Will the service I receive change?
A: Flutter Entertainment and The Stars Group have now combined into one business bringing some of the best-known gaming brands together under one umbrella. However, it is very much business as usual for The Stars Group, which will continue to be available according to our current licenses.
Currently, you will be unable to access our other brands using your Stars Account, so please continue to use your respective separate accounts. Your funds remain safe, secure and available for withdrawal.

Q: Will I be able to log in to other brands under the new group using the same login details?

Privacy and marketing preferences

Q: Will my customer info and my marketing preferences be shared and carried across to Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair brands?
A: While Flutter Entertainment now ultimately owns all the customer data of its constituent brands inclusive of those formerly owned by The Stars Group, it’s recognised that all data protection legislation must be adhered to. As such, marketing preferences will not automatically be carried over to other brands. If you wish to change your marketing preferences, you should contact each brand directly.

Self-Exclusion

Q: Will the self-exclusion on my Stars Account be carried over to Paddy Power and Betfair?
A: Self-Exclusion with PokerStars/Full Tilt does not cover Paddy Power or Betfair. You will need to self-exclude directly with Paddy Power or Betfair.

Q: Will the self-exclusion on my Stars Account be carried over to my Sky Betting & Gaming account?
A: If we can identify that you have an account with Sky Betting & Gaming, we will contact you instructing you of the action that will be taken; this includes offering the option to opt out of extending the exclusion, if applicable.

Q: Can I reinstate my Stars Account following a self-exclusion whilst I have an active exclusion with Paddy Power and Betfair?
A: If you are looking to reinstate your Stars Account after an expired self-exclusion period, this will not be impacted by self-exclusions with Paddy Power and Betfair.

Responsible Gaming tools and features

Q: Will the Cool Off period on my Stars Account be replicated with Paddy Power, Betfair and/or Sky Betting & Gaming?
A: If you have a Cool Off applied to your Stars Account, this tool does not cover Paddy Power, Betfair or Sky Betting & Gaming. You will need to apply a Cool Off directly with the relevant brand in order to have this applied to the pertinent account.

Q: Will the Time Out on my Stars Account be replicated with Paddy Power, Betfair and/or Sky Betting & Gaming?
A: If you have a Time Out applied to your Stars Account, please note that this tool does not cover Paddy Power, Betfair or Sky Betting & Gaming. You will need to apply a Cool Off directly with the relevant brand in order to have this applied to the pertinent account.

Q: Will the Game and or Play Limits I have set on my Stars Account be replicated on Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair accounts?
A: Any game or play limits you set on your Stars Account are not automatically replicated on accounts you may hold with Sky Betting & Gaming or Paddy Power and Betfair. Please apply your preferred limits directly with these brands.

Q: I have enabled the Withdrawal Cancellation feature on my Stars Account to prevent the cancellation of pending withdrawals. Will this restriction automatically apply to Sky Betting & Gaming or Paddy Power or Betfair?
A: The Withdrawal Cancellation restriction on your Stars Account will not be automatically applied to accounts you may hold with Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair. You will need to apply the corresponding restriction directly with these brands.

Deposit limits

Q: Will the self-imposed deposit limits I have set on my Stars Account be replicated with Sky Betting & Gaming?
A: Self-imposed deposit limits on your Stars Account do not extend to accounts you may hold with Sky Betting & Gaming. You will need to apply your preferred deposit limits directly with Sky Betting & Gaming.

Q: Will the self-imposed deposit limits I have set on my Stars Account be replicated with Paddy Power or Betfair?
A: Self-imposed deposit limits on your Stars Account do not extend to accounts you may hold with Paddy Power or Betfair. You will need to apply your preferred deposit limits directly with the relevant brand.

Q: Will the deposit limit you have set with on my Stars Account be replicated with Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair?
A: If your Stars Account has a deposit limit that you cannot change this will not be automatically applied to your account with Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair.

Account closure

Q: I requested closure of my Stars Account, what will happen to my accounts with Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair?
A: If you request the closure of your Stars Account, this will not carry over to accounts you may hold with Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power or Betfair. You will need to request a closure directly with the relevant brand.
