General requirements for casino games

In general our casino games have the requirements that are listed below. However, certain games may have requirements higher than what is specified.

  • 2GB ATI Radeon HD 3300
  • Microsoft Windows 7 32Bit or later
  • Network Bandwidth of 750Kbit/s (for Live games)
  • Latest version of Flash Player installed into IE


  • Casino is ONLY available on 10.9.x and above it is not available on 10.8, 10.7 or less.
  • Please ensure the latest version of Flash is installed.


  • iOS 8 is the minimum recommended requirement.
  • iPhone 4 or early generation iPod Touches may not run smoothly due to hardware limitations.
  • Moving to stand by mode/locked screen suspends the screen. All network traffic is disconnected.
  • Slot games will revert to English the language set on your device is not supported
  • The lastest version of Safari is the recommended web browser for iOS devices.


  • Android 4.1 and above is the minimum recommended requirement.
  • Vegas games (if available in your area) require Android 4.4
  • The latest version of the Google Chrome browser and 'Android System WebView' (Official Google App) is recommended and in some cases might be required.
  • Slot games will revert to English the language set on your device is not supported
  • On certain games if you receive a short disconnection you should be able to resume the game you were in at the point you disconnected.
