Casino technical issues - Clearing the application and lobby cache (Windows)

Clearing the application and lobby cache from our software can sometimes resolve issues accessing our Casino:

  1. Open Windows/File Explorer ('Windows key + E')
  2. Type in: %temp%
  3. Delete the following folders:
    • XCW - this is the application cache
    • PokerStarsBrCache - this is the lobby cache (FullTiltBrCache if using the Full Tilt software)
