Using the Self-exclusion feature

You have the option to exclude yourself from playing for a specific period of time. To do this, go to:

  1. Tools
  2. Responsible Gaming
  3. Exclude Me From Playing (desktop) or More > Responsible Gaming (mobile)

Your self-exclusion will apply to your Stars Account, and to any of our products that require your Stars ID to play. If you want to self-exclude yourself from a particular game, select the specific tab beginning with ‘Restrict’ from the ‘Responsible Gaming’ menu and set your limit to ‘Don’t Play (restrict all)'.

During this period you will not be permitted to play real or play money games or to make deposits. The 'Transfer Funds' function will also be unavailable and you will be automatically unregistered from any tournament that begins during the self-exclusion period. 

Once you request and confirm the self-exclusion, we cannot reverse the decision and you must wait until the period expires in order to be able to play again.
