Processing and changing orders

As long as your order status is New, you can cancel your order. You can do this through the Rewards Store in our desktop software.

We usually wait two to three hours before processing orders, but some time frames will depend on the item and the day of the order.

To correct your order, cancel it and then place a new order by going to:

  • My Stars → Rewards Store → Order History → Cancel Order (this option is not available on our mobile app or website).

Once the request for a new order is made, you'll get a confirmation email.
