Instructions for placing an order in the Rewards Store

In the Rewards Store, you can find everything from quality clothing to electronics to one-of-a-kind experiences.

Go to the My Stars tab and select Rewards Store to check out all the exclusive merchandise available to you. If possible, try to access the Rewards Store through our desktop software. This way, you won't miss out on any updates and our new stock.

To order merchandise follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Then, check if your account information and address are correct.
  3. Go to My Stars and select Rewards Store.
  4. That opens the store, showing all of our items. You can choose a specific Category to make it easier.
  5. Scroll down until you find the product you want to order and select it.
  6. That will open another screen. Choose the color and size of the item (if needed) and enter the quantity you want to order.
  7. If you've received a coupon, enter the code here; although this field isn't mandatory.
  8. Tick the This address is correct box. If you want to ship your order to a different address (but in the same country), select Use Different Address.
  9. Go to Next to confirm your details and agree to the statement about duties and taxes.
  10. If all the details are correct, select Confirm. In case you want to change your order, select Back.
  11. Once you've placed your order, you will then receive a confirmation email. Since our system sends these messages automatically, there is no need to reply. After placing the order, you won't be able to enter any changes. If you need to correct any details, cancel your current order and enter a new one. You have two to three hours to do so.

Don't forget that our mobile app differs slightly from our desktop software. So, you may not be able to access all items available in our offer. If you can't find a product you're looking for in our app, check the Rewards Store on your desktop or get in touch with us. We'll be happy to enter this order on your behalf.
