Instant eChecks: Updating bank account details

In order to update your registered bank account details for Instant eChecks, contact our Security department via email or via the Contact Support form found in the Help & Support section of our website.

You may also get in touch with us via our program by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From the Lobby, click on More and then on Help.
  3. Select Contact Support and click on Open Contact Support Form.
  4. Select the 'My Stars Account' category.
  5. Select the 'Changing card or payment method' subcategory.
  6. Enter ‘Remove eCheck account information’ in the subject line.
  7. Type your request in the message field and click on Send.
