Refund requests when running out of funds in casino games

We are unable to make any adjustments to your balance for your casino play when you are running out of funds. This applies to all our casino games, including live casino games.

We cannot be held responsible of players' funds when they are actively involved in our casino games. It is your sole responsibility to make sure to have on your account funds available at all times.

You can do that by depositing funds while playing in any of our casino games directly on our casino desktop and mobile apps.

Alternatively please note you can also deposit by accessing the Cashier when using the web version of PokerStars Casino.

Finally note that we can only issue refunds to our casino players in the event of interrupted games, when our third party vendors have confirmed any pending winnings need to be manually credited.

As stated above we cannot issue refunds for players who have not been able to manage their account balances while playing in our casino games.
