Contacting us

Our customer support team works 24 hours a day and you can contact us anytime, either directly via email or in the following ways.

From the website Help Center:

  1. On a desktop, click on the Contact Us link. On a mobile, first login, then, click Account > Help.
  2. You will be directed to the Contact Support Form page.
  3. Complete all the fields on the form and write your message (Please make sure to always use the email address registered to your Stars Account).
  4. Press Send.

From the software for computers:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. On the tab on the right-hand side of the main Lobby, go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Support.
  4. A contact form will pop-up, but if that does not happen, click on Open Contact Support Form.
  5. Complete all the fields on the form and write your message.
  6. Press Send.

From the mobile app:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Select More (iOS) or Menu (Android).
  3. Go to Settings & Tools.
  4. Select Support.
  5. Select Contact Support.
  6. Complete all the fields on the form and write your message.
  7. Press Send.
