Cannot connect and getting error 2/89

The error 2/89 indicates that this issue is related to proxy setting being used while trying to access our software. This can be resolved by disabling the proxy settings as per the instructions below:

  1. Press the Win + R keys together then type inetcpl.cpl and press OK.
  2. Click on the Connections tab.
  3. Click on LAN Settings.
  4. Uncheck Use a proxy for your LAN...
