Cannot connect on Windows: Error 2/75 and 2/77

The error code you are receiving indicates that the security certificate is not valid or has expired. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Check your system date/time (located on the Taskbar) to ensure the current date and year is set properly.
  2. If incorrect, double-click on the time display on the bottom right of your screen and change the date on your computer to today's date.

If these instructions fail, reinstall our software.
