Updates to our End User License Agreement (EULA)

We update our End User License Agreement (EULA) from time to time to incorporate amendments or deletions to our terms and conditions. When this occurs, in order to enable you to continue using our services and to comply with our regulatory requirements, we may need to request you to read and confirm that you have read our new EULA and agree with it. Advance notice is normally provided by email and/or by means of a pop-up notification made available to customers upon login.

In the past, these changes addressed different areas. Some examples below:

  • The merger of Full Tilt onto our platform (which resulted in the deletion of provisions relating to account pairing)
  • The inclusion of other Rational Group brands such as ‘BetStars’ and ‘Full Tilt’ within the ambit of the EULA
  • The redefinition of ‘User’ account to the more collective term, 'Stars Account', reflecting the fact that a player from then on has one unified account across our platforms
  • The need we may have to identify your geographic location and your agreement that we (or a third party acting on our behalf) may access or use this location data, or other such data, derived from your device for this purpose
