Multiple emails sent with no reply

Please note that when you contact us via email, your emails are put into a queue and will be picked up as soon as the next available staff member arrives at your position in the queue.

You need only send us one email as sending multiple emails will only slow down our reply to you, since we have to pick up all the emails you have sent and read them all before replying to your initial email.
