Changing account details in the mobile app

Unfortunately, modifying certain account details is not possible from the mobile app; this includes:

  • Uploading an image
  • Updating your mailing address
  • Changing your password
  • Managing your phone numbers

If you wish to update your details, you can do so from your computer by logging in to your account and from the lobby screen selecting Settings followed by Account Details.

Also, if you go to our website via your web browser there is also an option to log in and manage some of your Stars Account settings.

Finally, if you wish to update your mailing address and you are unable to log in from a computer at the moment, you can contact us via our Contact Support Form. A link to the form can be found under Contact Us on our website and if you provide us with your complete mailing address, we will gladly update your account for you.
