Sending log files and a Network Status Report in windows

Windows XP users can skip to the first two steps:

  1. If you have a Windows version above XP first close our software in order to elevate the program to Administrator which allows our software to save the Network Status Report.
  2. Next, right click on our programs shortcut and select Run as Administrator and Select Yes to the UAC notification message to launch our software.
  3. Now with the lobby open please click on Help
  4. Then Show Network Status
  5. When the dialog opens click on the Report button.

This report is saved to your settings folder as NetworkStatusReport.log or NetworkStatusReport which you can retrieve and send to us for review. To retrieve the file:

  1. Open our software
  2. Go to Help
  3. Then Open My Settings Folder
  4. Locate the file then copy and paste it to your Desktop.

Now to get the log files go to:

  1. Help
  2. Log Files
  3. ZIP & SAVE

Save the file to your Desktop (you may have to navigate to the Desktop as the default location is the setting folder).

Finally, attach the NetworkStatusReport.log or NetworkStatusReport *and* the ZIP files located on your Desktop and email them to our support team for review.
