Restoring an interrupted spin

If you're experiencing issues with incomplete games, the good news is that it's usually resolved by simply restarting our software from the same device you were using. This should restore the interrupted spin, allowing you to complete your game.

You have 24 hours from the time your game started to complete your spin.

If you're unable to reconnect within this time frame, the game will be auto-completed by the system, making random selections in bonus rounds, if applicable, and playing out any pending Free Spins on your behalf.
