Exchange of an item

If the item you ordered does not fit (wrong size or colour for instance), we will be more than happy to exchange it for you. To proceed to an exchange, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Prepare the package.

    Please re-pack the item in its original state and be sure to include a note in the same package with the information below, along with the Shipping Receipt which originally came with the package or we will not be able to credit back StarsCoin or send a replacement:
    • Order ID # 
    • Your full name
    • Your mailing address
    • Your telephone number
    • Original Shipping Receipt

  1. Ship the package at your expense to the address below. You may use the shipping company of your preference.

  2. Email a copy of the Return Receipt.
    Please send us via email a scanned copy or a digital photograph of the return receipt you get when you ship the package. This is strictly for us to know it is on its way. The return receipt must show the return address and you have 2 weeks to send the item back.

Once our warehouse has confirmed the item was received in good condition and the item can be placed back in stock, we will notify you, reimburse your StarsCoin to allow you to re-order. The items featured on our platforms are subject to availability and are offered only while stocks lasts. We cannot guarantee that your preferred choice will be in stock once you proceed to re-order.

We must also mention if the item you return is in any way used or damaged, we will not send a replacement, credit StarsCoin nor send the item back to you.
