Requirements for sending documents

We can only accept documents that are legible, clear and uncropped. Documents that are of poor quality or cropped are difficult to verify and therefore, cannot be accepted.

We understand that tools for sending documents may sometimes be limited, therefore, we suggest using a digital camera or mobile camera if available, to take a clear photo of the requested documents and to send it to us via the client:

  1. Go to 'Help / Contact Support' via the main menu in the lobby.
  2. Select 'Account Security and Verification' > 'Upload Documents'

Browse to the file on your computer and upload them.
