Windows error: 'Client Failed to Initialize', direct x request

It would be helpful if you could send us a DirectX diagnostic report, so that we may see if there are any configuration conflicts between your system and our software.

To run this report please follow these steps:

  1. Press the combination of keys on the keyboard: Windows + R buttons at the same time
  2. In the Open or Run field, please type dxdiag and press ENTER
  3. Click OK
  4. When the DirectX diagnostic report has finished running, click Save All Information...
  5. Save the file to your desktop.

Once you have completed these steps, please attach the file to an email and send it to us.
