Windows error: 'Client Failed to Initialize' - DirectX request

This error may be an indication of configuration conflicts between your computer and our software. To investigate we ask you to send us a DirectX diagnostics report:

  1. Press the Windows button + R keys at the same time.
  2. In the Open or Run field, type dxdiag and press Enter then OK.
  3. When the DirectX diagnostic report has finished running, click Save All Information....
  4. Save the file to your desktop.
