Boleto voucher lost or not printed

If you have lost or did not print your Boleto Bancário voucher, please refer to the email you received with the pre-filled voucher details and check the expiration date. If still valid, you can print a new copy and use it to complete your deposit at a bank or retail outlet.

Otherwise, please wait at least 10 minutes from the time you requested your last Boleto Bancário voucher and request a new one from the Cashier.

Keep in mind you can also use the voucher details to complete your payment via your bank's internet banking.
