PayPal: Declined deposit troubleshooting

Some possible reasons for a declined PayPal deposit include:

  • Your PayPal account was not created successfully.
  • The countries registered on your PayPal account and Stars Account do not match.
  • There are insufficient funds on your PayPal account.
  • The email address or password entered are incorrect.
  • The PayPal account you are trying to use is already linked to a different Stars Account.
  • The currency of the card linked to your PayPal account was not recognized (remove and add the card back).
