Online Bank Transfer: Declined SafetyPay deposit

Some possible reasons for a declined SafetyPay deposit include:

  1. You did not complete your transaction within the allotted time frame (10 minutes).
  2. You do not have an online banking account.
  3. The information entered was incorrect.
  4. You did not select the SafetyPay option in your online banking. The number to be used is the ‘Número de Transacción’ which was previously generated by our system.
  5. The SafetyPay website page did not open due to internet browser's Pop-Up Blocker.
  6. You did not enter the exact amount displayed on SafetyPay's webpage or voucher.
