NETELLER: Declined deposit troubleshooting

Some of the possible reasons for a declined NETELLER deposit include:

  • Your NETELLER account was not created successfully and there are no funds available.
  • You have not received a verification call from NETELLER yet.
  • The Account ID, Secure ID or Authentication Code you entered are incorrect.
    • If you have enabled Two-step authentication on your NETELLER account, you must use the 6-digit Authentication Code from the Google Authenticator app instead of the Secure ID.
  • Your NETELLER account could be under maintenance.

Please contact NETELLER directly in order to make sure there are no issues with your account.

If the problem persists, we suggest you use any of the alternate methods available in the Cashier.
