NETELLER: Declined deposit troubleshooting

Possible reasons for a declined NETELLER deposit include:

  • Your NETELLER account was not created successfully
  • There are no funds available in your NETELLER account
  • You have not received a verification call from NETELLER yet
  • The account ID, Secure ID or Authentication Code you entered are incorrect
    • If you have enabled Two-step authentication on your NETELLER account, you must use the 6-digit Authentication Code from the Google Authenticator app instead of the Secure ID
  • Your NETELLER account is under maintenance.

Contact NETELLER directly in order to make sure there are no issues with your account.
