Local Bank Transfers: Deposit instructions (mobile app)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


To make a deposit via Local Bank Transfer from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap the 'Cashier' button at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top left corner then tap on 'Cashier'.
  3. The 'Deposit' tab will be selected in the next screen by default.
  4. Select ‘Local Bank Transfer’ as your payment option.
  5. Select your preferred currency (if applicable).
  6. Select one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  7. Select your bank from the list or choose 'My bank is not in this list' and tap the green 'Deposit' button.
  8. Check the email sent to your registered address and follow the instructions to complete your deposit.

If this is the first time you ever make a deposit, you will also be asked to fill out our Real Money Form.

Once your deposit has been sent for processing, you will receive an email notification confirming your request.

It may take up to 4 business days for us to receive your deposit.


Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app:

  • iOS: Tap on the 'More' button from the bottom of any screen then 'Logout'.
  • Android: Tap on the three-line navigation menu icon in the top left corner then 'Logout'.

If you do get blocked by the system, please wait 10 minutes before you log back in.
