Local Bank Transfers: Missing deposit

If you have not received your deposit through Local Bank Transfer after 4 business days, email us and send us a copy of your proof of payment.

In case your proof of payment does not include the following information, please include it in your email:

  • Name of the sending bank
  • Date of deposit
  • Amount and currency
  • Unique reference number that we provided in the deposit instructions (starts with PST)
  • Account number and name of the bank to which funds were sent
  • Transfer method: cash or online banking

If 4 business days have not passed since you sent your transfer, we will not be able to initiate an investigation with our payment processor.
