Troubleshooting for declined debit or credit card deposit

If your card deposit has been declined, make sure that:

  • All card details are entered correctly.
  • The card is not expired.
  • The card has sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

If you have used this card as a Fast Deposit option, you may deactivate it through the “Fast Deposit Options” button in the Cashier.

If you are still unable to deposit after following the steps above, your card may be blocked by the issuer for online purchases, even if you have deposited successfully before. If this is the case, we suggest you contact your bank directly and ask if this restriction can be removed.

Alternatively, you may want to consider using the other deposit options available in the Cashier.
