Enable Casino games

Because of different regulatory requirements, not every country has access to our Casino platform.

If you can play our games in your country but you're still not seeing them, it may be that the 'Show Casino games' option is disabled on your account. To fix this go to:

Desktop
  1. Choose the Settings tab on the right-hand side of the main lobby.
  2. Select Lobby then Lobby Display.
  3. Check the Show Casino Games option.
  4. Press Apply Changes then OK.
Mobile
  1. Tap on the More button (iOS) or the menu button (Android)
  2. Select Settings & Tools
  3. Tap General Settings
  4. Check the Show Casino Games option

If you're using the PokerStars Next Gen app:

  1. Tap the Account button to launch the Account panel
  2. Select Settings
  3. TapShow Casino games
