Enable Casino games

Due to regulatory restrictions, not every country has access to our Casino. However, if our Casino is available in your country a common reason why the Casino tab and games are not being displayed in the lobby of our software is that the option Show Casino Games was deactivated in your account.

To restore this tab:

Desktop
  1. Choose the Settings tab on the right-hand side of the main lobby.
  2. Select Lobby then Lobby Display.
  3. Check the Show Casino Games option.
  4. Press Apply Changes then OK.
Mobile
  1. Tap on More button (iOS) or the menu button (Android)
  2. Select Settings & Tools
  3. Tap on General Settings
  4. Check the Show Casino Games option

If you're using the PokerStars Next Gen app:

  1. Tap on the Account button to launch the Account panel
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap on Show Casino games

If the above steps have not solved the issue, contact us again using our Contact Support form and we will confirm if your country is casino-eligible.
