Change your registered mailing address

To change your mailing address, log in to your Stars Account and select the following from the lobby screen:

'Settings' -> 'Account Details' -> 'Address' 

For security reasons, players are not allowed to change their country of residence through the software.

To change the country registered in your Stars account, please upload a copy of your government issued ID and a valid proof of address showing your name and address in the new country of residence via the client.

To upload your documents, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Stars Account
  2. Navigate to ‘Help’ > ‘Open Contact Support Form’.
  3. In the pop-up screen that will appear, select ‘Account Security and Verification’ and the ‘Upload documents’ sub-category
  4. Browse to the files on your computer and upload them directly to us.
  5. Please ensure you specify ‘Change of Country’ in the Subject line, and that you include the reasons for your request in the body of the message.
